Bob Rodrigues
has joined Allied Mineral Products in the new position of Industrial
Manager, Latin America. He will be responsible for promoting Allied’s
Industrial product line to the Cement, Primary Metals, Power and other
non-foundry industries in Mexico, Central America, South America and the
Caribbean. Bob will be based in South Florida.
Bob earned a
BS in Ceramic Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and
Technology. He began his career with Owens Illinois then spent 29 years
with Kaiser Refractories and then National Refractories and Minerals.
While working with National, he primarily worked with customers in Latin
America. In 2002 he began working with RESCO as General Manager of Latin
American Sales.
The rapid
development of Allied’s Industrial product line has provided the
opportunity for Bob to contribute to Allied. He brings extensive
experience with potential Industrial customers as well as an in depth
knowledge of this region of the world. We look forward to having him work
within Allied and among our Latin American sales team. |
