Allied Mineral Products is pleased to announce that John
S. Halsted will rejoin
Allied as Corporate Vice President, Worldwide Foundry.
John worked at Allied for 14 years beginning in June, 1989.
Most of his time was spent in the International Sales group.
This included five years based in
Düsseldorf,
Germany where he
worked to establish Allied in this important market.
He left in 2004 to pursue interests closer to his family home in Long Island, New York.
Since 2004 he has worked in the Real Estate Industry on the Eastern end
of Long Island,
NY.
He began with Alan Schneider Associates, the largest privately held
real estate brokerage on the Eastern end of Long
Island. Alan Schneider
Associates was sold to The Corcoran Group in August 2006. From
that time on, John was Senior Managing Director
for the Corcoran
Group and Director of Corcoran's New Broker Training Program on the
East End.
John brings a wealth of experience back to
Allied. He is familiar with our
business, most of our associates and many of our customers worldwide.
He will provide immediate support for our OEM relationships and
global foundry sales. We welcome him back to the Allied Team.
