Allied Mineral Products,
Inc. is proud to announce the grand opening of its newest manufacturing
facility in Tianjin, China. Allied Mineral Products (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.,
a wholly owned subsidiary of Allied Mineral Products, Inc., held a grand
opening celebration September 23, 2004 at the new facility in The Tanggu
Marine High & New Tech Development Area of Tianjin, China. The new
185,000 square feet (17,187 square meters) office and production facility
replaces the original Allied Mineral Tianjin building. Strong sales
growth in Asia required the construction of a larger production facility.
This new facility also reinforces Allied’s dedication to serving the Asian
market.
The Mayor of Tianjin,
management personnel from The Tanggu Marine High & New Tech Development
Area and representatives from major customers and suppliers attended the
grand opening. Allied’s top management along with Allied Mineral Tianjin’s employees also attended the celebration.
Allied Mineral Tianjin’s employees were recognized for their hard work during the
construction, move and start up of the new facility. Their efforts
resulted in a smooth transition with uninterrupted production.
